We use your information to provide the Vincary service: generating ICP-matched profiles and outreach messages based on the customer data you share with us.

We may use your email to send product updates, billing information, and occasional announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We do not use your customer profile data to train models that are shared across customers. Your data is yours.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Account data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure.

We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and will notify you promptly in the event of a breach that affects your data.

Vincary works with a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform. These providers help us deliver core functionality including authentication, payment processing, and AI-powered features. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function, and each provider maintains their own privacy and security standards.
